Once checkout launches, this policy will apply to subscriptions, credits, digital exports, and other online services offered through PixelDou.
Cancellations
If PixelDou later offers recurring plans, you may cancel renewal before the next billing cycle starts. Canceling a subscription will typically stop future renewal charges but will not automatically refund charges already billed.
If a paid digital service has not yet been delivered or activated, we may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
Digital products
Because digital exports, generated files, credits, and other online services are delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available after the service has been accessed, downloaded, materially used, or consumed, unless required by law.
Customers should review plan details, feature access, and usage limits carefully before final purchase.
Billing issues and service problems
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced duplicate billing, or received a materially broken paid feature that we cannot reasonably fix, contact support@nilnoun.com for review.
Approved remedies may include technical correction, service credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue and applicable law.
Service access timing
Paid digital access, downloads, or account features may be made available immediately after successful payment or within the timeframe shown at checkout.
Temporary outages, maintenance, payment review, or abuse prevention checks may delay access. If a significant delay occurs, support requests can be sent to support@nilnoun.com.
