PixelDou currently operates as a product presentation website. Visitors may browse the homepage, review workflow examples, pricing guidance, FAQ content, and legal pages, and contact us about future services.

Photo upload, live editing, account management, checkout, and billing are not yet generally available on the public site. Any feature marked as coming soon may change before launch.

When subscriptions, credits, export packages, or other paid online services become available, additional product details may be presented at checkout, in an account notice, or in a separate service-specific policy.

Prices, feature descriptions, usage limits, processing expectations, and availability shown before launch are informational only and may be updated at any time. A purchase is not final until accepted by us and successfully processed by the payment provider.

If you upload photos, artwork, text, logos, or other materials to PixelDou in the future, you keep ownership of your content, but you represent that you have all rights needed to submit it for bead design processing, preview, export, and digital delivery within the service.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, adapt, resize, convert, reproduce, and transmit your submitted content only as needed to operate the requested service, generate bead-ready outputs, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

If your submission includes another person's image, likeness, trademark, or other protected material, you are responsible for obtaining any required permission before you upload it.

You may not use PixelDou to submit or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, defamatory, violent, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful, or to violate the rights of any person or third party.

You may not misuse the site by attempting to reverse engineer the service, scrape or extract data at scale, interfere with security features, upload malicious code, bypass access restrictions, or use the platform to build a competing service from our protected materials.

We may remove content, suspend access, reject requests, or cooperate with legal authorities if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms or applicable law.

The PixelDou website, brand assets, interface design, copy, graphics, and service materials are owned by PixelDou or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where we clearly grant permission, these terms do not give you the right to copy, resell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the site content, software, or branding.

Where an exported file or other digital output includes your own submitted materials, your rights in those materials remain subject to any third-party rights and to any separate licensing or service terms provided for the final output.

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that previews, colors, grids, or mockups will appear exactly the same on every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelDou is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business arising from your use of the site or future services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any consumer rights that must be preserved under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, product scope, legal requirements, or business operations. Continued use of the site after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service if we believe your use creates risk for PixelDou, other users, service providers, or third parties.
